This top floor condo offers beautiful mountain views in all directions. It is located in the village of Radium Hot Springs, BC. 10 minute walk to the town center with restaurants, supermarket, fun retro ice cream shop, liquor store, and brewery. A couple minute drive to the hot springs and several golf courses, or head to the many nearby ski hills or North America's longest Whiteway on Windermere Lake (34km) for winter activities.

This very spacious property is ideal for two people, but can comfortably accommodate up to 4. Please note that there are stairs up to the loft with 2nd bed and work space. The loft does not have a door. The full bathroom is located through the master bedroom and a half bathroom is available in the entrance of the condo.

The penthouse includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, dishwasher and outdoor gas BBQ. Bedding, towels, and toiletry amenities also included. Please note that there is no elevator.

The condo has high ceilings throughout and a vaulted ceiling in the dining and living space, which makes the condo feel big and comfortable.

You will have the unit to yourself with free parking in front of the building. There is a fridge with water and ice dispenser. Toaster, coffee maker, and kettle are on the counter. Pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glassware, mugs, knives, cutting board, etc. are in the cabinets. Coffee is provided in the freezer.

You are perfectly located near several ski hills, with Panorama being the closest, at only 30 minutes away. Windermere lake also has the longest skating trail in the world!

In the summer, there are several beaches located on Lake Windermere for swimming with a fun waterpark for small children. Meanwhile the Columbia River is ideal for SUP and kayaking.

This condo is located 2 minutes from the border to Kootenay National Park where you will find breathtaking trails for every level of hiker.
