5 Bed 2 Bath Penthouse w/Mountain View in Radium Hot Springs

This top floor condo offers beautiful mountain views in all directions. It is located in the village of Radium Hot Springs, BC. 10 minute walk to the town center with restaurants, supermarket, fun retro ice cream shop, liquor store, and brewery. A couple minute drive to the hot springs and several golf courses, or head to the many nearby ski hills or North America's longest Whiteway on Windermere Lake(34km) for winter activities.

The penthouse includes a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, dishwasher and outdoor gas BBQ. Bedding, towels, and toiletry amenities also included. Ensuite washer & dryer free of charge. Good for a big family or two small families. Please note that there is no elevator.

The condo is the entire top floor of the building, totaling over 2300 sq ft, with no one above you or next to you, which offers plenty of room to make yourself at home withunbeatable views and privacy. The condo has high ceilings through out and a vaulted ceiling in the dining and living space, which makes the condo feel big and comfortable.

You have the whole condo to yourself withfree parking in front of the building. There is a fridge with water and ice dispenser. Toaster, coffee maker, and kettle are on the counter. Pots, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, glassware, mugs, knives, cutting board, etc. are in the cabinets. Coffee is providedin the freezer.

In the summer, there are several beaches located on Lake Windermere for swimming with a fun waterpark for small children. Meanwhile the Columbia River is ideal for SUP and kayaking.

Pick from 9 golf courses, the closest being 5 minutes away (Springs in Radium) to 35 minutes away (Greywolf in Panorama).

Explore trails at your doorstep (Sinclair Canyon) or the scenic Bugaboos 35 minutes up the road. This home is located 2 minutes from the border to Kootenay National Park where you will find breathtaking trails for every level of hiker.
